Training Ground OC is the home to several of the most effective specialty fitness programs in Orange County. Below is a run-down of the various services offered at our facility. Note: each program comes with full nutritional support tailored specifically to the program goals to ensure maximum results.

CORE Condition™ Fitness Camp

At CORE Condition Fitness Camp, we believe that everyone has an athlete within them, waiting to be unleashed. Our large group fitness program has been designed to bring your inner athlete to the surface—by maximizing improvements to your physique via hyper-charged fat loss, and to your fitness ability via an intense mix of metabolic conditioning, interval training, resistance circuit workouts and athletic performance drills. This is an extremely high-energy program and is designed for ex-athletes and “weekend warrior” type folks who are serious about getting their youthful, athletic bodies back and want to do so in a fun, supportive environment. RIPT Performance™ Small Group Training Program

RIPT Performance is a specialized program designed solely for the “hardgainer” or “ectomorphic” male who wants to pack on powerful, aesthetic muscle mass that demands respect from his peers and serves as a testament to his work ethic. Guys who are tired of wasting their time in the gym, shoveling away endless piles of food and reading every muscle magazine under the sun without seeing any results for their efforts are precisely who this program was designed for. Through a unique system of alternating mass and strength training phases, RIPT Performance overcomes the limitations of over-hyped “bodybuilding programs” designed for genetically (and/or chemically) gifted lifters as well as the limitations of CrossFit, which has a high rate of injury due to its lack of progression or individualized programming. Also, unlike your typical bodybuilder or CrossFit workouts, RIPT Performance has been created from the ground up to address the unique needs of hardgainers and is highly effective at transforming participants into the head-turning alpha males they deserve to be.

TGX™ Small Group Training Program

TGX is a strength and conditioning cross-training program designed specifically for women who are looking to attain low levels of body fat and increased muscle definition year-round. TGX is the official training program for Team TGX bikini and figure competitors, but works perfectly for any women who desire an elite-level physique and are willing to put in the time and effort to obtain it. Fitness and bikini models, athletes and exercise enthusiasts with an established level of fitness and lower-than-average body fat levels who want to target their stubborn areas and create a more balanced physique with weight training are an ideal fit for TGX. TGX athletes train using a wide range of exercise methods, including endurance, strength, power and high intensity interval training utilizing a variety of unique training gear including barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, strongman equipment, suspension trainers, Prowler sleds and more.

Semi-Private Training Programs

Those clients whose schedules don’t allow them to attend fitness camp/small group training sessions or who desire a more individualized experience, but still want the motivating camaraderie and social aspect of training with others will want to opt for our semi-private training services. Our semi-private training is program-based, meaning that our clients’ training activities are governed by the pre-determined programs that we set them up with based on their goals—we do NOT offer “session-based” training or generic workouts. Clients with similar goals are grouped together, but workouts are still individualized fully to address the needs of each specific athlete, allowing for a private training experience but with the support of like-minded workout partners sweating along side one another. We’ve actually found this type of training to provide a significantly more enjoyable experience and better results than private training for the vast majority of our athletes. New members go through an application process, followed by an initial assessment and introductory coaching sessions to get set up with a proper program and up to speed on the various skills needed to begin the training.

We offer fully private and in-home training services to a very small number of clients who meet a series of prerequisites. Just a warning: these training program options are NOT cheap.
