We made this page to answer any and all questions regarding our Deal of the Day in order to minimize confusion and to help you have the best possible experience with us. Do I have to pick a specific schedule/time to attend, and do I have to reserve a spot in the session?
Yes. We offer times throughout the day, 5 days per week but due to space constraints and our desire to nurture a “team atmosphere,” you’re expected to commit to attending whichever session we agree to in advance.
What are the package options and how do they work?
You can choose either a 4-week package, or a 6-week package. Each includes 5 times per week workout sessions for the length of the membership as well as access to our members area which includes a private Facebook support group, guides on everything from recipes to stretches to stress relief, and more that you can use to get the most out of the program! You’ll also have access to complementary nutrition coaching to help you optimize your diet for optimal results.
We will group you with other folks with the same goals as you, as based on the schedule below
What days and times are sessions available for my Day of the Deal package?
How long are the sessions and what does each session consist of?
Each of our sessions are between 50 and 55 minutes in length and consists of a dynamic warm-up and either an athletic drill component, high intensity interval component and core work component, or a strength training component and a metabolic conditioning (fat-burning) component depending on the day of the week. Specific sessions may include targeted core work, reactive training, balance training and more.
Are the workouts inside or outside?
All of our small group workouts are held indoors at our semi-private training facility under the full watch of a strength and conditioning coach.
How early do I need to arrive, and do I need to bring anything?
Please plan to arrive about 5 minutes before your session so you have time to set up before we begin. Most importantly, PLEASE do not be late! We start our sessions right on time, so if you’re late, you will miss out on important portions of the warm-up, which is crucial to preventing injury. In the event that you’re going to be late, please let us know in advance if possible so we’re prepared and to minimize disruption to the other athletes.
All you have to bring to your workout is a water bottle—we provide ALL of the rest of the equipment including free weights (barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, etc) bands, battle ropes, sleds, tires, weight vests, sandbags, suspension trainers, ladders, cones, hurdles and more!
Can I spread my sessions out over a longer period of time or do I need to come to them all at once?
You must attend all 4 or 6 weeks (depending on the package you’ve purchased) consecutively. If you miss sessions for any reason, you will not be prorated or refunded for the sessions, nor will you be allowed to extend your package length in order to make up for the missed sessions.
Is my Deal of the Day package transferable?
If you have not yet redeemed your package, you may transfer it to someone else. However, once you have redeemed your deal and begun the training sessions, we do not allow any transferal of the deal to another person.
What is the orientation and do I have to attend?
The orientation is a kick-off meeting and introduction to the program and your coaches, and is required in order to ensure everyone will be safe during their training. We will discuss proper form for our core exercises and our warm-ups, along with answering any and all questions that you might have.
Most importantly, this will also be an excellent time for each of us to have the opportunity to meet you and get to know you! During the sessions, things are moving quickly and we won’t have the luxury of really chatting for an extended period of time, so we absolutely want the opportunity to connect with each of our athletes before we begin training them. As you will come to realize, we are a very tightly-knit community and we greatly value our connection to each and every person who steps foot in our facility.
When is the orientation and do I need to bring to the orientation?
Orientation falls on Wednesday from 12-12:30pm or Saturday from 10-10:30am. Our team will schedule your orientation date at the same time we schedule your program start date. You will need to bring a copy of the new athlete waiver with you to your orientation in order to be able to train with us. We will email this waiver to you once you’ve scheduled your orientation session.
ATTENTION: You will also need to bring in your groupon waiver, either as a print out or on your smart phone in order to participate in the orientation.
What happens if I miss or skip the orientation?
Because safety is of primary importance to our coaching team, if you miss the orientation appointment, you will need to wait till the next available orientation before you can begin training. In other words, don’t miss the orientation!
How will I receive my program materials?
You will be added to our members area once you’ve attended orientation. This resource includes many tools and a support community of our entire community of athletes, with the goal of helping you get the most out of your workouts and to help you with your nutrition so you can maximize your results while you’re training with us!
